Four dinosaurs and a dragon rock the stages with a show that has children and adults alike raising their “devil horns.” On January 30, 2026, the new album “METAL” will be released with 15 brand new songs. Afterwards, the five green-scaled heroes will go on a big concert tour with the METAL Tour 2026, featuring new songs, a new show, and tried-and-true dino power! What began as an unusual idea – rock & metal for children, with great dinosaur stories, but without compromise – has long since developed into a cultural phenomenon. HEAVYSAURUS prove that real headbanger fun knows no age. Their music is loud, lively, and lovingly crafted, with guitar riffs, double bass drums, sing-along melodies, and lyrics that delight little metalheads. While the kids immerse themselves in the world of rock music, many parents celebrate their musical attitude to life along with them or rediscover it. After the overwhelming success of the “Pommesgabel Tour” in 2024 and 2025 – over 350 dates! – HEAVYSAURUS are now following up with their upcoming album “METAL” (release date January 30, 2026) and a new live program, touring Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. “METAL” is not a children's album in the classic sense, but a musical adventure with captivating songs full of anthemic choruses, driving riffs, wild solos, and lots of interactive fun, just like parents know from their favorite bands – for example, Sabaton, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Volbeat. And always included: humor, attitude, and the mission to get children excited about music, not as a product, but as an experience. Heavysaurus concerts are spectacular: lights, fog, sparks, balloons, and confetti, with real live music from professional musicians in dinosaur costumes and a sound that is both suitable for children's ears and made for rock fans. At a Heavysaurus concert, the whole family experiences a real rock show, suitable for children and with everything that goes with it. There are also limited meet & greet tickets for the little biggest fans, including a photo, autograph, and paw shake! In addition, the band continues to support “Die Arche,” an organization for disadvantaged children: 1 euro from each ticket goes to the good cause. 50 cents as a direct donation and 50 cents to support measures such as concert visits and other special activities. HEAVYSAURUS show how music connects generations. And when the children's hands shoot up in the air during the first song and a loud “Rarrr!” echoes through the hall, it's clear: metal lives. And for everyone. For parents: The concert experience is tailored to children aged 3 to 11, but also entertains their parents, grandparents, and siblings, because the whole family gets their money's worth here. The shows take place in the afternoon, at a child-friendly volume and, where possible, with a separate children's area at the front with the best view for the little ones.
